.. I just wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to you for running such a wonderful care home as Fairfield..... I think that you have found a real treasure in Helen; she is one in a million... The home is very professional and yet maintains a very homely atmosphere... Real, genuine, care to all the residents and Helen goes out of her way to get to know residents individually and identify their needs....

.... Thank you for the splendid fete- open day at Fairfield on Sunday. My husband, the family and I thoroughly enjoyed it..... The special displays were good - especially the birds of prey - the handler explained everything so well. Plus the stalls and music which was very much appreciated, not being loud!.... It was also pleasant to see the residents enjoying themselves too.... Thanks go to all your staff - so pleasant and polite.. We hope that if you have another such day, we will be able to come....

.... Thank you to all who helped to make Mum’s 98th birthday such a special occasion... It was lovely to enjoy tea with her and all the other residents at Fairfield. They are most fortunate to be so well looked after - no wonder they live to such a ripe old age - we are thinking of reserving a room!.... The environment is first class, the food is excellent and the staff are tremendous - what more could you want?.... Thank you again for your care of mum and your kindness to us....
